Unleash the Power of AI through Proper Board-Level AI Governance 

After Yannick HUCHARD's article  in The Doers by The Dots, it's Tom D.   which publishes an article on a key question: 👉 How to move from experimental AI to AI that truly creates value for the company? The answer can be summed up in one word: governance. Not bureaucratic governance, but AI Governance carried out at the level of the Board. Some highlights of the article: AI is already everywhere... But 60% of organizations are still struggling to derive real business value from it. Without a clear framework, we accumulate risks: compliance, security, ethical abuses, technical debt. Effective AI governance means:

✅ ethical and compliance principles defined 

✅ roles and responsibilities safeguards on data and models
